Blue and White Porcelain course menu offers 14 kinds of high-end Korean food, serving janggyotang, which is known to strengthen the liver, bowels and kidneys. It is a medicinal cuisine cooked with black-boned chicken. White Porcelain, which is a lunch special, offers premium Korean food in courses at a relatively reasonable price of 24,000 KRW. It includes many kinds of seafood and abalone, abalone rice porridge filled with vegetables, beef brisket salad with vegetables and sauce, muk (jelly), grilled egg yolk and white in garnishes, mung bean jelly salad with sliced beef and red peppers, mountain cultivated ginseng, clam soup with a clean and refreshing flavor, tender beef, marinated grilled beef slices cooked with soy sauce, braised fish, hot pot rice and soybean paste stew, and 6 side dishes, rounded off with desserts of pumpkin sweet rice drink and fruits.
