IntroductionUlsan Shipbuilding & Sea Festival is held at Ilsan Beach’s night sea for 3 days with a feast of music to enjoy the hot summer sea along with varied hands-on programs. Ulsan Shipbuilding & Sea Festival’s representative programs are creative ships contest which is a racing competition with created ships moved with human power, and catching yellowtail with bare-hands in the large pool. Also, ice ship carving competition, sampling ice watermelon hwachae (punch), water leisure show created by water motorbike and water board are available at the beach. Dong-gu Tour, Hyundai Heavy Industries Corporation Tour, and ocean firework show with music are planned for this famous summer festival.
