Bulbap is a modification of traditional hot pot dishes. You can choose the spice intensity, and for me, the mild flavor(same as shinramen) would be good.

I ordered a cheese buldak(spicy chicken), so I got an egg pot and cheese separately.

The staff added cheese in it, and stir-fried until the soup gets thick. This is for one person, and it seems enough.
I think eating it when the soup gets thicker is the biggest attraction of bulbap.

We still have the vegetable fried rice. The staff gave me a small timer after stir-frying it moderately, saying, "You can eat it when the timer rings".
I am very satisfied with the fried rice because it's basically included, not added as additional order.
They are open from lunch to dinner every day except for holidays.
