I caught the KTX train about 9:40 a.m. on Thirteenth March. I already knew the information that it has started raining in Busan and made up my mind with carrying out the umbrella in the bag “I gave up having a great shot of photograph".

However… From the other side of mind I remember that professional photographers can bring the camera with him even on the rainy day but the amateurs try to take the photograph only on the sunny day. Therefore, I changed my mind and decided that I would do my best in any kind of situation.

From Seoul, there are many types of KTX train (Korea Bullet Train) to reach Busan. One type is the express train which did not stop over many stations and the other type is rather slow train which stops at many stations. Fortunately I caught the former one. It only took 2 hours 22 minutes and I was scheduled to arrive at Busan Station about 2 minutes past twelve.

It is very short travel time duration (I felt everything changed so fast !!!) and I read up the eBook which reduced loneliness. I found that “Adventure of Huckleberry Finn" by Mark Twain which I read in my childhood was in the eBook option.

I concentrated on read this and sometimes I smiled with this interesting and adventurous novel. Time went so fast with this good novel and here I am strongly suggesting that eBook is so useful to replace many books.

On arrival at Busan Station, I caught the taxi to go to the second hand book store in Bosu-dong. When I arrive there, I found the Ggang-Tong (It means empty can.) open market in front of the book store street and I was looking for the place for lunch.

When I walked down two blocks, I found the Korean style restaurant called “Mil-Yang pork soup and rice" and it became the first acquaintances with the famous Busan cuisine.

The pork soup in this restaurant contains the very limited amount oil and it looks very clear and has no smell of fat. It was only 6,000 Korean won (around 5 US dollars) but gave me the very big happiness.

After I finished this meal, I felt very comfortable and warm even in the rainy day. From the energy of pork soup, I was heading for the street of second hand book store in Bosu-dong.

In Seoul, all the second hand book stores which used to be existed in the small districts were already disappeared and I felt so happy with this kind of comfortable feeling from these second hand book stores. The size of each book store was smaller than I expected but these were well arranged in the order like the forest having so many trees around. Some stores have the collections of foreign languages and learning languages, and other stores have many collections of biography. Some stores are famous for cartoon books and the others for the reference books of the student textbook in the school. Some parents were busy at finding the reference books and negotiating the price of books. The cartoon books for the children were also well sold there.

The colorful feeling from the multiple layers of books made us comfortable.

In addition to taking photographs, if you can purchase several books from the store, the owner of the book store will meet you very warmly.

The seat for the owner of book store was empty and this chair is waiting for the landlord.

The sun light from outside reached the guest to find out the books and also illuminated the books.

I visited this store to find the second hand CD and saw the Yashica camera on the wall which my father liked very much in my childhood. I chatted with the owner of this store about camera, music and MTB (mountain bike) for a while and was treated by the owner with filtered coffee.

After I finished the coffee, I selected several more items of music album and books and gave him my home address for the delivery service. The price of National Geographic was 2,000 Korean Won each and that of Pavarotti's was 8,000 Korean Won. I also bought Life of Hilary and Essay of Professor Dong-Kyu Park and the total sum became 60,000 Korean won.
