They have quite a few menus ready. The opening time is very early at 9 a.m. We can actually have a brunch here. I ordered a New York style beef dish, one of the best menus.

The food came out shortly. First of all, the actual dish looks almost same as the picture from the menu. Hash potato, thick bacon, sausage, black rice and sunny side-up egg, and marinated beef.

I wonder if people in New York actually eat like this. I had a strong feeling of soy sauce bulgogi from it. The meat is a bit tough. The sauce is a bit salty, but it is enough to eat with fried eggs or rice. I think two hash potatoes are too much. Rather, I think it would be better to put some raw vegetables.
