3. A Brief Introduction To Dak-baesuk 닭백숙
Baesuk is fish or meat boiled in plain water. “Dak-baesuk” is made of chicken boiled in water for a long time.

5. The Way To Enjoy Delicious Dak-baesuk
If you order dak-baesuk, whole chicken is served in a big pot. Since it is very hot, you should tear the chicken into fragments with chopstick, and eat lean meat at first. And then pour the soup into a bowl and season with salt and black pepper. And put some chopped scallion. It would taste better.
The soup of dak-baesuk has very deep taste as it is boiled for a long time with chicken. After eating dak-baesuk, you should put some rice in the soup and make chicken porridge. It is out of this world!
