This is a truck that sells squid sundae or red snow crabs. It doesn't seem that soldiers are likely to enjoy those foods. They seemed to prefer oily food like fried chicken or barbecue.

Trouts were swimming in the dark sky.
I heard that the cars are not allowed on weekends so I assume the street will be full of people who would be walking like in a dream and flowing like a river with trouts.

The big fish made of small fish lanterns at the entrance of the street was the most popular photographic section for people.

Manly soldier and his family were taking pictures. Hwacheon-si is filled with military personnel who got holidays from army and their families' love for them, and you will feel that they are very important asset to the economic growth of this city.
