I chose the accmmodation in Suncheon during the trip to Goheung and Suncheon. There was not proper guesthouse in Goheung, so I had to choose one in Suncheon. It was quite extraordinary guesthouse. It was originally an efficiency apartment, but it has been used for tourists. Its exact name is “Atelier Residence R.F.U”. R.F.U is an acronym of “Residence For University student”. Maybe it has been rented for students of Sunchon National University at reasonable price.

The huge star is drawn on the wall of the building. The owner said I should find the star on the wall of the building, but it was hard to find it as it was night. You cannot search it on portal site. So you should check the address below. It is located on the opposite side of Yusimcheon sports tourism hotel.

The son of the owner is an architecture who received beautiful building award of Garosu-gil road in 2009. Maybe he designed the building. It looks young.

The interior design seems to be convenient for students to live alone. There is a small TV, and equipped with the Internet. The wife of the owner said she is proud of sanitation. All beddings were clean, definitely. She said she washes them everyday.

There are small desk and refrigerator. You don't need to worry about drinking water as there is the water purifier in the lounge.

I feel happiness after taking shower and watching TV on bed while drinking makgeolli. It is the best time to rest my legs. But the wall is a concrete board, not a wallpaper. It is distinctive.

There are only soap and toilet paper in the small restroom. You must bring private bath supplies. Maybe it is because the building was not an original guesthouse. Shower bath is set on the back side of the restroom door.

There is a big table, drum washing machine, sink with gas stove and water purifier. If you don't have clothes to wear, you can wash and wear them. It is very nice!
“Atelier Residence” is originally an efficiency apartment, so it does not provide breakfast and bath supplies. But it has clean beddings, drum washing machine and kitchen. It is price reasonable accommodation in Suncheon.
