Nature Kitchen

Nature Kitchen, which is a Korean food and salad bar offering the great dishes of the eight provinces in Korea that were fit for kings, offers traditional Korean food such as bibimbap along with special dishes in season. Andong noodles, which is a traditional Korean noodle dish, is a Korean-style udon dish in anchovy soup topped with thin slices of meat, eggs and vegetables.

Nature Kitchen offers over 20 eco-friendly and healthy Korean dishes made with strictly selected fresh vegetables and ingredients in season. You can taste the dishes that were set on the king’s table, from spicy grilled pork to seaweed soup with mussels.

Red bean porridge fondue is a special menu unique to Nature Kitchen, which offers red bean porridge to dip glutinous rice ball cake in like fondue for dessert. Omija sherbet and aromatic yukwa (deep-fried sweet rice cake) are traditional Korean desserts.

Nature Kitchen is a Korean salad bar where you can taste great dishes and high-quality traditional foods of Korea such as Busan-style fried tofu stew, Gangwon-style napa wraps with boiled pork slices and tofu, Namdo-style grilled beef rib patties, and Gwangyang-style bulgogi.
