Baekma River cruise ship – Goransa dock 백마강 유람선
There is Goransa dock at the back gate of Busosanseong.
I was thinking a lot about what route to take. You have two choices. You can ride a cruise ship from Gudre dock and get out at the back gate of Busosanseong or vice versa.
I think the second was the wise choice because it's an up hill from the back gate to Busosanseong. So we got one-way tickets to Gudre dock (4,000won).
But not every cruise ship is like this (above the picture).
Some are like in the picture above. For me, I don't like to tour around with that boat.
I was waiting for 10 minutes and this ship got arrived. This boat was what I expected.
This is Joryungdae right beside the dock. You might miss this easily because it's too close to the dock. This rock has some prints of Sojeongbang, general of Tang state, who tried to catch a blue dragon with white horse's head as bait. That's why the river here is called “Baekma(white horse) River."
It's finally Nakhwaam. We could not see the rock clearly because it was summer, but Nakhwaam I saw between trees was magnificent enough.
I arrived at Gudre dock. For your information, the cruise ship operates when there are more than 7 people. So if you want to ride a better ship, you can wait and take a ship you prefer.

Jangwon Makguksu 장원막국수
I went to the most famous restaurant around Gudre dock to have my first meal. You can see its signboard from the dock so you can easily find it.
It looked a bit dilapidated, but many people were waiting. This restaurant only operates from 11am to 5pm so be informed! Plus, there is always a line waiting like this.
I finally went in after waiting for a while. You can see the soup being boiled in an iron pot in the yard. There are tables in the yard, too. Looking at that made me more hungry.
It was finally our turn. Before we sat, we immediately ordered two menus they sell, buck wheat makguksu and suyuk. Suyuk was served first. I think suyuk was a part of neck because it had no oils.
It's buck wheat makguksu! The soup was really delicious.
I ate suyuk with makguksu like that above. It was delicious. You should try it, too.
I took a walk after eating. There were many chestnuts and it reminded me that fall was coming.
After byway, there is a big road. There is also a door to go to Busosanseong from Gudre-naru. So you can plan a special route if you want.
