Hwaseong Rest Area with delicious Janchi guksu(Banquet Noodles)
Personally, I think Janchi guksu(Banquet Noodles) of Hwaseong rest area is the best in Korea. You can eat kimchi as much as you want. Fresh noodles are chewy and the broth is light.
Why don't you put sweet and colorful candies in a basket in Roly poly if you are sick of the long drive? The sweet and sour taste will wake you up.
Flower festival in spring is always the best. I had a quality time while looking around beautiful flowers under the clean blue sky. Taean is not so far from Seoul. You can enjoy tourist sites like Anmyeondo Island beach, Ganworam Hermitage and migratory bird habitat. I strongly recommend it.
