Korean Restaurant Cheongmok
This Korean restaurant is popular for serving rice made from the premium Icheon rice of Korea. The Korean set menu includes hot pot rice served with grilled mackerel, yellow croaker and saury as well as soy sauce marinated crab and napa wraps with pork, offered at a reasonable price for anyone to enjoy the taste of traditional Korean food.
The signature menu is white rice served in a hot pot, which is especially popular for the crispy rice crust left at the bottom of the stone pot with water poured on it. It is interesting that when serving the food, another big layer of table with the dishes of food on it is stacked onto the original table.
Cheongmok offers a spread of over 20 kinds of side dishes and hot pot rice cooked with premium rice at just about 10,000 KRW. It is a famous restaurant visited by not only Koreans but also foreigners who want to experience the taste of traditional Korean food.
