Spectacular Musical Fountain

This was completed and opened on April 30, 2004 thanks to the technical cooperation of the operating staff of Spain’s Magic Fountain. The circumference is 50m, and the highest level of the fountain is 35m. Water shoots up from a total of 1,655 nozzles, creating over 500 kinds of fantastic forms. Water and lights are effectively controlled by automated computer technology with a touch of artistry added to the fountain show, which is securing its place as a local specialty of Goyang along with the Lake Park.
This fountain does not move automatically according to the music. It is a comprehensive and creative work of art that requires the excellent musicality and artistry of the director who directs the lighting and various effects by manually combining the forms of the fountain according to the music. The musical fountain offers you a romantic night with all kinds of music such as classical music, film music, pop, jazz, arias, folk songs, and crossover, providing relaxation and rest for visitors. One song request, which is most suitable for the direction of the fountain, is selected every month to present a special musical fountain show.
