Latin American Cultural Center

The Latin American Cultural Center is a place where you can see and experience Latin American culture at a glance. The director and his wife, who have been living in various countries while working in the diplomatic corp for 30 years, founded this cultural center here in almost 20,000㎡ of hills in Goyang-dong in 1992. Most of the exhibits are Latin American items collected by the couple while moving around various countries. In the cultural center, you can see the typical features of Latin American culture, almost as if you are standing in the middle of a country in Latin America. The center has a museum, art gallery and outdoor sculpture park, among which the art gallery is most outstanding. You can see a variety of artworks in the building modeled after Spanish architecture. The art shop in the art gallery exhibits traditional ceramics and adorable folk dolls. If you make a reservation in advance, you can taste authentic Latin American food at the museum restaurant.
