Myeonggawon Seolnongtang
Ox bone soup and ox knee soup of Myeonggawon are served after boiling carefully selected beef shank bones in intense heat for an accurate amount of time and maturing it for approximately 17 hours using a flash cooling method. High-quality briskets and flanks are added to tender shank bone soup, with the harmony between the delicacy of the shank bones and flavor of meat created by owner’s excellent skills and devotion. The restaurant is famous for ox bone soup with its clean, tender, refreshing and savory taste. Myeonggawon Seolnongtang is enjoyed by men and women of all ages as well as foreigners.
