With the motto that boasts to “give 10 million won as a compensation if the pork is not produced in Jeju”, Jeju Doyaji uses only pork from pure Jeju Island.
Jeju Doyaji uses ingredients that are high in cost because they receive pork from Jeju every day, but the thick and fresh texture of supple meat is a quality unique to Jeju Doyaji. The restaurant uses hardwood charcoal, which is generally used only in beef restaurants, so that pork grilled at a high temperature within a short period of time can create a meat with a richer texture. The pork presented on the table is also chopped in thick slices, retaining the gravy even in the process of grilling. You can enjoy the flavor of premium beef steak instead of the thin slices of crispy bacon-like pork.
The most remarkable feature of Jeju Doyaji is that it cooks the pork in biscuit fire, retaining the taste and flavor on the table so that you can enjoy the best pork in Korea.
Kimchi is made 100% in Korea, and all side dishes are made in the restaurant with purchased ingredients and are thus fresh and delicious.
