After walking the street of memory in Gyodong, I head to Ganghwado island again. I am searching for grilled shrimp restaurant for lunch. It is the season that grilled shrimp is really delicious.

Charcoal Broiled Eels:
It is famous restaurant for charcoal broiled eels in Yongjinjin. As it is the season of shrimp, you can eat a lot of grilled shrimp. I ate grilled shrimp and shrimp ramen at 40,000 won for one kilogram of jumbo shrimp.

I couldn't take a picture of grilled jumbo shrimp because it was so delicious. It was out of this world! The size of shrimp was far larger than that of Anmyeondo island. And it was more chewy and plentiful.

It was supervised by Byeongmamanho which was dispatched to military camp in the Joseon dynasty era. 101 soldiers were stationed. It was built in 1656, and supervised three eminences like Garisan, Jwagang and Yongdang. (quoted from Doosan Encyclopedia)

I have never seen this clear and clean sky of Gangwha. It made me expect glow of the setting sun that is shown in the west coast. So I visited famous coffee shop to have a cup of coffee and take a rest. This is “Bagdad”, the good name to remember. It is in the very center of the ridge.

Coffee depends on drip. So if you order Americano extracted from espresso machine, you would be really disappointed. Even though coffee is 7000won or 8000 won, you can refill with coffee beans that you want. You can enjoy coffee and bread either on chair or in room. And all coffee cup are luxury items.

I found out that some agricultural machines are used to carry plastic-wrapped rice straw. Isn't it surprise?
