Cheonjicheon
It is a Chinese restaurant that has been managed as a family business for three generations and is now run by the younger brother who was once a chef at the Plaza Hotel and the older brother who was a chef at Baek Ni Hyang in the 63 Building. The dishes proudly cooked by this Chinese family are light and delicious. The basic dishes like noodles with black soybean sauce and spicy seafood noodle soup are served at a reasonable price and with great taste. All dishes are seasoned with salicornia herbacea salt instead of refined salt, so that even patients with adult diseases who must avoid salty food can enjoy this Chinese food. This restaurant is famous in Goyang for its tasty spicy seafood noodle soup, deep-fried chicken in hot pepper sauce, shrimp with cream sauce, and five spice sliced steamed pork. Kung pao chicken, which is sweet and sour chicken with cashew nuts, is a unique delicacy that attracts visitors from far and wide.
The most popular delicacy in this restaurant is the five spice sliced steamed pork, with unspicy sliced spring onions, cucumbers chopped with the back of a knife, and gelatin from boiled meat.
Assorted seafood and vegetables with mustard sauce are cooked with freshly fried vegetables added to cold seafood, served with mustard sauce.
You can also enjoy stir-fried seafood and vegetables with a generous helping of bamboo shoots and pine mushrooms added to hot fried seafood that creates a rich texture.
