Seoul International Dance Festival, hosted by the Korean HQ of CID-UNESCO is held at Towol Theatre of the Seoul Arts Center and at major venues in downtown Seoul.
The events take place throughout Seoul's numerous arts & performance venues, including Mary Hall of Sogang University, Hoam Art Hall, Steel Factory Street in Munrae-dong. The list of performances includes Korean as well as international acts from Italy, Israel, France, Spain, Portugal, and Japan with some of these even encouraging audience participation. The SPAC: Seoul Performing Arts Critics Forum also invites notable industry critics from around the world for meetings & conferences at their annual symposium. A number of workshops and performances related to dance, choreography and emerging styles are also held to maintain the energetic and festive theme throughout the gathering.
