Saddo Gukbab 사또국밥
It was already passed lunch time when I finished touring around the two museums. So I went to a restaurant to have some lunch.
I got a information that there was a famous gukbab restaurant near to me. You only have to cross one street from the parking lot.

It doesn't look like a good restaurant from the outside. But I thought that there was a reason why it became famous so I went in.![]()
If you go near, you can smell the rural area.

Menus were simple. There are some more menus in the order sheet. Of course, the best seller is Saddo gukbab. Saddo gukbab is simply a kind of ox-head gukbab. The special thing about it is that they boil it in an iron pot.

Basic side dishes were served as we sat. I ordered Saddo gukbab.

It's unfermented kimchi. I wanted to eat it right away, but I patiently waited for Gukbab to be served first.

This is Saddo gukbab! The bowl here was bigger than other usual gukbab restaurants.

I put some welsh oninons and ate it with unfermented kimchi.

I wanted to try other dishes so I ordered "Gomtang." After a while, Gomtang was also served, but it was not my style. It was salty. I put more rice to make saltiness gone, but it was still a failure.

But I ate them all with this salted fish and green chilli.
