Seoul International NewMedia Festival (initially started as Indie Video Festival) is Korea’s first and leading art festival of alternative videos. For the past decade, the festival has annually featured visual and moving image arts to the public. Moreover, the artists, who made their debut through the festival, are collaborating to form the Visual Artist Council that would help them and other visual artists accomplish various group projects. The festival will display diverse ways that new forms of media can be used and sustained in modern society.
