Jeju Doyaji serves fresh pork brought from Jeju every day. The pork is chopped in thick slices, retaining gravy even in the process of grilling.
The staff cooks the pork on charcoal in biscuit fire on all the tables, and grills the meat for all diners. You can enjoy the best pork in Korea with great taste and flavor.
You can dip the grilled pork into sauced anchovies boiled on charcoal, or eat it wrapped in wild garlic leaves that dissipate the oiliness, which is so good that you may not even touch the other side dishes. The restaurant only uses kimchi that is made 100% in Korea. All side dishes are made in the restaurant with purchased ingredients.
A la carte dishes like soybean paste stew and steamed eggs are served with rice, freshening up your palate after eating grilled meat.
Grilled pork from the pure island of Jeju retains its flavor and gravy like premium beef steak.
